Facebook Advertising offers 12 different advertising objectives. We've found three that are most powerful in promoting TeeChip campaigns.

Boost your posts (Page Post Engagement, PPE):

PPE ads are optimized to show to those who are most likely to engage with your posts. This type of ad is typically cheaper than other objectives.

It's a great way to gain insights of whether or not a design would succeed by measuring engagement with PPE ads. Engagement includes clicks, likes, comments, and shares.

Usually anything below $0.1 per engagement shows an active niche. The cons of PPE ad is that it is not built to be clickable. However, you are able to add your campaign url in the description.

  • Use existing timeline post as ad copy

Send people to your website (Click to Website, CTW):

CTW ad is optimized to send more people to your website with a larger clickable area and a call-to-action button. Every part of of the ad is clickable including the image, ad text, and a call-to-action button.

  • Recommended image size: 1,200*628 pixels

Increase conversions on your website (Website Conversion, WC):

WC ad is optimized to send people to your site for specific actions such as making a purchase.

Once you've implemented your Facebook pixel on your TeeChip account, the pixel would be able to track conversions with WC ads. WC ads have the same large clickable ad display as CTW ads. Facebook differentiates the two by delivering them to different audiences optimizing for specific actions. CTW is optimized to drive the most traffic while WC is optimized to send people who are most likely to perform certain actions.

Many of our sellers say Website Conversion ads produce better results in generating sales than CTW. However, it's always worth a try to test both of these objectives for yourself to see which one works better for your campaign.
